Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice (cooled)

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tbsp oil (if needed)

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat a pan and fry bacon until crispy.

  • Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, push bacon fat to the side and scramble the eggs.

  • Remove and set aside.
