Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice (cooled)
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp oil (if needed)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions


Heat a pan and fry bacon until crispy.
Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, push bacon fat to the side and scramble the eggs.
Remove and set aside.
