Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1.5 cups coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) optional

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook basmati rice in coconut milk until tender.

  • Stir in sugar, cardamom powder, and shredded coconut.

  • Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
