Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
1.5 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) optional
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions


Cook basmati rice in coconut milk until tender.
Stir in sugar, cardamom powder, and shredded coconut.
Garnish with nuts and serve warm.
