Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions


Rinse and cook basmati rice as usual.
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until golden.
Add the cooked rice, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
