Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Rinse and cook basmati rice as usual.

  • Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until golden.

  • Add the cooked rice, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
