Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice (cooled)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1-2 green chilies, chopped
8-10 curry leaves (optional)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions


Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add green chilies, curry leaves (if using), and turmeric.
Sauté for a few seconds.
Stir in the cooked rice and salt, mixing well.
Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, and mix. Serve warm!
