Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice (cooled)

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, peas, beans)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions.

  • Add veggies, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

  • Mix in rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  • Drizzle sesame oil, garnish with green onions, and serve hot!
