Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice (cooled)
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, peas, beans)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Green onions for garnish
Instructions


Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and onions.
Add veggies, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Mix in rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Drizzle sesame oil, garnish with green onions, and serve hot!
